About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms (job portals, social media, company website).
• Source potential candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the

  Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  with candidate information and status.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offer details.
• Assist in employer branding activities such as recruitment campaigns and career fairs.
• Prepare weekly recruitment status reports for the HR team.
• Support in drafting offer letters and coordinating onboarding activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in

  Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  .
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
