Talent Acquisition Specialist

As an HR Analyst at Wellness Extract, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources team by providing valuable insights, enhancing employee engagement, and contributing to talent enablement initiatives. Your role will involve a blend of data interpretation and human insight to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support talent acquisition strategy by analyzing performance analytics, improving processes, and reporting on hiring effectiveness. - Conduct regular analyses of workforce trends, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics to facilitate data-driven decision-making. - Collaborate with People & Culture teams to develop and monitor employee engagement and recognition programs. - Work with HR leadership to identify trends in employee relations data and suggest enhancements for team dynamics and retention. - Maintain HR dashboards and ensure the accuracy of data related to headcount, hiring, turnover, and engagement metrics. - Assist in organizing internal communication and culture-building initiatives to promote belonging and collaboration. - Participate in designing and conducting surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to gauge employee sentiment. - Support HR reporting, compliance activities, and operational processes to ensure smooth functioning. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. - 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in talent acquisition, employee engagement, or people analytics. - Proficiency in HRIS/ATS platforms and data reporting tools. - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust in employee interactions. - Collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in people, culture, and organizational development.
