Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Sourcing and Candidate Outreach:

Identify key sourcing channels; develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, leverage social media and employee referrals.
Actively engage with candidates,conduct initial screenings, and build a talent pipeline
Perform market mapping for roles based on established process
Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.

Candidate Assessment:

Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and understand team dynamics.
Provide regular updates on the recruitment process and make recommendations.

Selection and Offer Management:

Coordinate interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Prepare and extend job offers to successful candidates.

Data Management:

Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
Generate reports on recruitment metrics and progress.

Automation & Process Improvement

Enable fully automated hiring through Recruitment Module in DarwinBox
Implementation of Referral and IJP through HRIS

Employer Branding:

To improve the brand in the employment market to make Spark Minda a Go-To employer
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA

2+ Years experience in Automobile Manufacturing.
