Female Candidates only from Thane to Vikhroli, Powai, Navi Mumbai & Badlapur to Kalva

Role & responsibilities:

End to End Recruitment from analyzing job requirements, sourcing, screening, and scheduling Interviews.
Working closely with the hiring managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, Salary, Timing, Expectations etc).
Screening, Shortlisting candidates sourced through portal (social media, indeed, Shine, LinkedIn etc) and validating them on their experience and interest on the role.
Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like internal database, job portals, Existing candidates relationships & referrals along with various other sourcing techniques to fil the positions.

Preferred Candidates Profile:

Fresher with Excellent Communication skills & fast learner
Immediate Joiner Female Candidates only.
This is a full-time opportunity. Candidates seeking flexible or part-time work options (for example, those looking to work from home while caring for a child after pregnancy) may find this role unsuitable.

Perks and Benefits:

Fixed Salary Rs. 12,000 to 17000 per month + Incentives 2500 till 10,000
Annual Bonus 1 Salary
