Job Description

Position: Executive / Senior Executive - HR (NON IT Recruitment)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

Manage the entire recruitment cycle for positions based in Bangalore from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning.
Post job openings on various platforms and coordinate with consultants.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR rounds, schedule interviews, and manage offer negotiations.
Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of new joiners.

Employee Engagement

Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities for the Bangalore office.
Conduct HR connect sessions.
Handle employee grievances, feedback mechanisms, and retention efforts.
Promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
Support coordination for events, training, and audits.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of HR policies, recruitment trends, and employee relations.
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and recruitment platforms.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably with exposure to admin tasks.
