Job Title:

Technical Analyst

Responsibilities:

Source potential candidates through job portals, social platforms, and professional networks
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth recruitment process
Track and report hiring metrics
Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the process

Requirements:

26 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
Strong experience with sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Good to Have:
Experience hiring for IT / Non-IT roles
Prior experience in a startup or fast-growing company
Familiarity with ATS tools
