Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Prepare sourcing plan as per intake calls with customer and guidance with TAG lead
• Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and internal database.
• Ensure regular branding on Naukri/Linkedin/Insta and Google.
• Schedule interviews and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and skill fit.
• Manage end-the-end recruitment process; including Sourcing, job postings, resume screening, facilitating evaluations, offer negotiation, post offer engagement and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Facilitate a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
• Continuously evaluate recruitment processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Provide industry-best candidate experience.
• Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and professionalism in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Applicant must have done atleast1/2 years of sourcing/selection in recent roles.
• The role has high visibility to project leadership and customer
