All the processes to be run with a team of HR recruiters; therefore managing & guiding a team as well.Objectives of this roleA Sr. Talent Acquisition Expert :

  • Has the right acumen to precisely understand the clients hiring needs for every position to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
  • First, knows where to start once the mandate is signed: SOURCING knowledge & skills.
  • Delegates to the team accordingly and runs by the pre-defined processes.
  • Manage the clients in terms of processes, expectations and signed deliverables.
  • Make sure TATs are duly met without any compromise.
  • Present monthly & weekly reports for internal communications.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience filling a variety of jobs for different departments and seniority levels. An outstanding HR Recruiter should have a network of contacts in the industry and understand how to use social media; various job portals and employee referrals to attract suitable candidates for current and future posts.
Ultimately, you will help our clients reduce time to hire by providing high-quality candidates in a timely manner. So, if you like to work in a fast-paced environment and qualify our requirements, we would like to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesYou may/ may not be managing a team of recruiters and will front-end as one point SPOC for the assigned mandates/ clients that come directly or via our internal Business Development teams.Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire:

  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
  • You are required to understand the requirement basis the clients brief which might or might not be supported by a JD.
  • Design and implement overall candidate mobilisation strategy client wise.
  • If required meeting the clients for finding candidates qualification criteria and developing JDs if required.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Manage sourcing and attracting candidates by using own resources, databases, social media etc , publishing job advertisements on social media, careers pages, and online job boards.
  • Screening resumes as well as job applications for senior level mandates and then interviewing candidates and providing lists of qualified candidates
  • Managing the sourcing and contacting of passive candidates via online channels (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Managing a detailed record and information of past applicants (e.g. interview evaluations, resumes, and assignments)
  • Get the teams to maintain talent pipelines for accommodating high-potential candidates in future opportunities
  • Provide coaching and guidance to more junior level recruiting staff

Requirements :
Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-8+ years experience with proven work experience as a Staffing Consultancy/ Agency Recruiter, Freelance Recruiter or similar HR role.
  • Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing)
  • Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews and group interviews - structured, competency-based, stress etc.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Understanding of referral programs & knowledge of resume databases
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience developing recruiting strategy
  • Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities
  • Excellent Team handling skills (Optional)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelors/ Masters degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management or a relevant field
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficiency with content management systems

Salary Range Annual CTC will be in the range of 4-9 Lakhs + Incentives.
