Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-performing candidatesSource candidates from diverse channels, including social media platforms, professional networks, job boards, and referralsScreen resumes, conduct comprehensive interviews (both virtual and in-person), and evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fitPartner closely with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs, creating tailored recruitment plansDesign and manage inclusive recruitment programs to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiativesDraft compelling job postings and coordinate effective advertising campaigns to promote openingsMaintain accurate, up-to-date hiring records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other toolsMonitor industry trends and incorporate best practices to continuously improve the recruitment processFoster a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring journeyDesired SkillsA minimum of 4 years experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the IT industryStrong sourcing abilities, with a track record of identifying and engaging passive candidatesProficiency in verbal and written communication, with excellent interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentExperience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and other HR toolsAttention to detail, coupled with problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindsetDemonstrated commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace
