*Role Overview*


We are seeking a *Talent Acquisition Specialist* with a strong background in *retail hiring* to lead end-to-end recruitment for our stores across three locations (Delhi, Mumbai, and Hyderabad). The ideal candidate will have prior experience hiring for retail roles such as Store Managers, Fashion Associates, etc, while also ensuring alignment with CDC’s culture and brand ethos.


*Key Responsibilities*


* Drive *end-to-end recruitment* for retail roles across all store locations (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management).

* Build and manage a *talent pipeline* of candidates for future expansion and high-volume hiring needs.

* Partner with store leadership to understand staffing needs and develop hiring strategies accordingly.

* Utilize a mix of sourcing channels — job portals, social media, referrals, and retail hiring networks.

* Conduct initial interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet both skill and cultural fit criteria.

* Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to streamline onboarding and ensure smooth joining experiences.

* Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, attrition trends) and prepare regular reports.

* Represent the CDC brand in all candidate interactions, ensuring a strong employer brand presence in the retail market.


*Requirements*


* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

* *Mandatory:* 2–4 years of proven experience in *retail hiring* (fashion, lifestyle, footwear, or related industries preferred).

* Strong sourcing skills with knowledge of retail hiring channels.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

* Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates across locations.

* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and timelines.
