As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Crepdog Crew (CDC), you will play a crucial role in enhancing our retail operations by leading the recruitment process for our stores in Delhi, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. Your responsibilities will include driving end-to-end recruitment activities, building a talent pipeline, collaborating with store leadership, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Your key responsibilities will involve managing the entire recruitment cycle for retail roles, from job posting to offer management. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and retail hiring networks. Additionally, you will conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates based on both skills and cultural fit criteria. Collaboration with HR and Operations teams will be essential to streamline the onboarding process and provide a positive joining experience for new employees. You will also be expected to track recruitment metrics, prepare reports, and uphold the CDC brand image in all candidate interactions to establish a strong employer brand presence in the retail market. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail hiring, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, footwear, or related industries. Strong communication, sourcing, and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple hiring mandates across different locations.
