Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate must have 2 3 years of hands-on experience in both domestic and international hiring, with strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills. This is a work-from-office role based in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for both

domestic and international roles

(IT, Design, CAD, Support, Sales, etc.)

Source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant job boards.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage candidate pipelines, follow-ups, and closures within timelines.
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
Work closely with department heads to understand current and future manpower needs.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Certifications and Experience
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

2 3 years of experience

in recruitment with exposure to both

domestic and international hiring

.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent sourcing and screening abilities.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and applicant tracking systems.
Solid grasp of architectural and/or engineering drafting principles, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Should be

willing to work from office (Ahmedabad location)

Required Key Skills
Experience hiring for

technical roles like CAD, design engineers, drafters, etc.


Familiarity with recruitment in

Middle East, US, or UK markets

.

Basic understanding of recruitment compliance and labor laws.
