Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter)

As an HR Recruiter at our organization, your role involves managing all aspects of recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating employment negotiations. You will be responsible for staying updated on relevant laws and regulations related to hiring and employment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Developing and executing recruiting plans. - Networking through industry contacts, associations, trade groups, and employees. - Conducting regular follow-ups with managers to assess the effectiveness of recruiting plans. - Building a pool of qualified candidates in advance. - Maintaining all applicant and interview data in the HR System. **Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):** - Talent Acquisition: Identifying organizational staffing needs and creating job descriptions and specifications. Implementing an effective talent acquisition strategy. - Candidate Screening: Evaluating job applications and conducting interviews to assess candidate suitability. - Offer Negotiation: Negotiating job offer terms, including salary, benefits, and other conditions. - Onboarding: Facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new hires. - Record-Keeping: Maintaining comprehensive and current records of all recruiting activities. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** - Time to Fill - Quality of Hire - Cost Per Hire - Source of Hire - Offer-Acceptance Rate **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources or Organizational Development.
