You will be joining PTS Consulting Services as a Recruitment Specialist based in Kolkata, India. Here is a summary of your role, responsibilities, and qualifications: Role Overview: - Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for clients in the US, working closely with recruiting leads and hiring managers - Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization, procuring people for different IT and Non-IT requirements - Utilize niche platforms to source potential candidates and stay updated on industry trends Key Responsibilities: - Manage recruitment process for US clients - Work on strategic global hiring programs - Develop action plan for recruiting best fit candidates - Source candidates for IT and Non-IT requirements - Keep abreast of industry trends Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience - In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and laws in the US market - Experience in building talent pool for IT department - Comfortable working in CST shifts - Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders - Familiar with US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN - Knowledge of US Tax terms (1099, W2, Corp-Corp) - Strong technical requirements understanding - Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills - Self-motivated and team player - Analytical thinking for recommending the right fit - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Proficient in English - Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) Please note that the company is headquartered in Naperville, IL and has a global presence in Costa Rica, Australia, Canada, and India.
