Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across India, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to source talent through campus hiring programs.
  
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance in areas such as soft skills development, leadership hiring, employer branding, learning & development.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop strategies for attracting top talent.
  
• Analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in healthcare.
  
• Strong understanding of corporate recruitment processes and best practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients/candidates/stakeholders.
  
• Proficiency in using technology-based tools for recruitment management (e.g., ATS systems).
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
