Talent Acquisition Specialist (Only immediate Joiner) We're looking for a dynamic and driven IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll take charge of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on IT and infrastructure roles. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in alignment with business objectives. Source and screen candidates for a wide range of IT roles including Development, Application, Niche , and Generic skillsets. Handle hiring across domains such as IT and IT Infrastructure. Act as a single point of contact for multiple Project Managers, managing hiring needs efficiently. Create and update job descriptions and role specifications with minimal input. Conduct preliminary interviews and identify best-fit candidates. Drive senior-level hiring initiatives. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers . Leverage social media platforms, sourcing tools, and industry trends for effective talent acquisition. Understand and apply CTC survey analysis in candidate evaluation. Ensure recruitment activities are delivered within defined turnaround times (TATs). Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Generate well-documented reports and provide insights through data analysis. Proficiency with recruitment/HR software and tools . Strong stakeholder management skills (internal & external). A process-oriented and solution-driven approach to hiring.
