About the Company

The Ayurveda Experience

Responsibilities:

Working along with hiring Manager to ensure meeting dead lines on hiring for internal stake holders
Posting jobs on various portals for creating better application pools
Cold calling passive/active candidates from various portals
Meeting the hirings numbers required for all internal teams
Coordinating between candidates and hiring managers for scheduling, offer discussion and further meetings
Completing Onboarding Formalities for the new Joiners

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
4 to 8 years' experience in Recruitments, head hunting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exp with atleast 2 -3 Job portals
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement

Please note this is a hands-on, operations-heavy role, which means a lot of actual execution work will be required.
