Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Expert to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in recruitment and familiarity with sourcing candidates for industries like construction, engineering, hospitality, and healthcare . Proficiency in using recruitment portals and sourcing tools is essential. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and job specifications across technical and non-technical roles Source and screen candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, TimesJobs, Monster Gulf, Indeed, etc. ) and social media platforms Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidates for suitability and skill fit Coordinate with clients for CV shortlisting, interview scheduling, and selection updates Maintain and update candidate databases and follow up on documentation Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and upcoming projects Stay updated on market trends and availability of manpower for specific industries and regions Liaise with documentation and operations teams for smooth mobilization post-selection Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in hiring Strong sourcing and screening skills with hands-on experience using job portals Good understanding of job profiles in construction, engineering, hospitality, and healthcare Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Knowledge of overseas recruitment processes and visa documentation is a plus
