The ideal candidate should have prior experience in recruitment and familiarity with sourcing candidates for industries like construction, engineering, hospitality, and healthcare . Proficiency in using recruitment portals and sourcing tools is essential. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and job specifications across technical and non-technical roles Source and screen candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, TimesJobs, Monster Gulf, Indeed, etc. ) and social media platforms Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidates for suitability and skill fit Coordinate with clients for CV shortlisting, interview scheduling, and selection updates Maintain and update candidate databases and follow up on documentation Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and upcoming projects Stay updated on market trends and availability of manpower for specific industries and regions Liaise with documentation and operations teams for smooth mobilization post-selection Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in hiring Strong sourcing and screening skills with hands-on experience using job portals Good understanding of job profiles in construction, engineering, hospitality, and healthcare Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Knowledge of overseas recruitment processes and visa documentation is a plus

Job Summary : The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on an oil and gas project in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures compliance with local regulations, international best practices, and client HSE policies to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel. Key Responsibilities : Monitor and enforce compliance with project HSE plans, client requirements, and Saudi safety regulations. Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness campaigns. Investigate incidents, near-misses, and unsafe acts/conditions; prepare reports with root cause analysis and recommendations. Maintain and update safety documentation, such as risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and safety reports. Assist in developing emergency response procedures and participate in drills. Support and promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the workforce. Liaise with site supervisors and contractors to ensure proper implementation of safety practices. Ensure proper use of PPE and safe use of equipment and machinery. Maintain records of inspections, training, incidents, and audits. Qualifications & Requirements : Education : Any recognized degree or diploma in engineering, science, or a related field. Certification : NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) – All 3 modules (IG1, IG2, IG3) – mandatory . Experience : Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial projects.
