Job Role:

Client Interaction to understand the position in detail and the list of critical and mandatory skills required.
sourcing the Right Fit Candidates from sources such as Portals , Professional Networking Sites, Social Media , Headhunting and Cold Calling etc.

Effectively mining the Client relationships to maximize the yield for a particular client

Carrying out detailed Telephonic / Personal Interviews and carrying out a detailed assessment of the Candidate based on the Short listing Parameters.
