Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Indore. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, and hiring new employees. The role also involves developing employer branding strategies to attract top talent and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
• Experience in Hiring and Interviewing, including college campus drives
• Proficiency in Employer Branding
• Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the sustainability or skincare industry is a plus
• Tremendous Source of Ownership in getting things done in time
• Ability to write crisp emails
