About the Role:

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment process

  — from understanding requirements to candidate onboarding.

• Source candidates

  through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

• Screen resumes

  , conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate

  interview scheduling

  and act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Develop and maintain a

  strong talent pipeline

  for future hiring needs.
• Support

  employer branding

  initiatives and improve candidate experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in

  end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition

  (preferably in IT or tech hiring).
• Strong sourcing experience using

  LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms

  .
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

  .
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
