We are looking for a highly skilled IT Recruiter with 6-10 years of experience in tech hiring to join our client's growing team. As an IT Recruiter you will play a key role in identifying,attracting, and hiring top IT talent to help us scale and innovate.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

? End-to-end IT Recruitment Sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT professionals.

? Partnering with Hiring Managers Understanding role requirements and defining candidate profiles.

? Sourcing & Networking Using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Hirist, referrals, and Naukri to identify the right talent.

? Technical Screening & Coordination Conducting pre-interviews and coordinating assessments.

? Talent Pipeline Development Maintaining a strong pool of skilled IT professionals for future hiring needs.

? ATS & Hiring Tools Management Tracking recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

? Industry Research Staying updated with emerging technologies, hiring trends, and market insights.

What We're Looking For

? Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferably in healthcare, tech, or product-based companies).

? Strong understanding of IT roles, programming languages, and industry trends.

? Proficiency in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri search, etc.).

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

? Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and hiring tools.
