Junior Inventory Manager

Key Responsibilities ● Manage day-to-day inventory operations, ensuring accurate records of stock, tools, consumables, and exhibit materials. ● Monitor stock levels and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment. ● Oversee receipt and inspection of incoming materials, ensuring quality and quantity checks. ● Organise storage areas for efficient space utilisation and easy access to materials. ● Track movement of materials, tools, and equipment between storage, exhibits, and workshop areas. ● Coordinate procurement of materials, including raising purchase requests and following up with suppliers. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and records. ● Prepare reports on inventory status, usage trends, and procurement requirements. ● Assist in logistical planning for workshops, events, and special programs, ensuring all required materials are ready. Required Skills & Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or related fields. ● 2-4 years of experience in inventory management, storekeeping, or operations roles. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory management software or tools. ● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. ● Good communication and vendor coordination skills. ● Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. ● Hands-on approach to managing physical inventory and supporting logistics activities.
