Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for India-based hiring needs
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders
• Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and closure
• Ensure smooth candidate onboarding and documentation
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in India recruitment / talent acquisition
• Proven experience in end-to-end hiring across multiple roles
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with ATS and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in corporate or consulting environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills
