Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates, from initial contact to offer stage. Offer Negotiation: Work closely with hiring managers to extend offers, including negotiating compensation and finalizing employment terms. Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
