Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements.
  
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer negotiation.
  
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networks.
  
• Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidates skills, cultural fit, and experience.
  
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  
• Coordinate with external recruiters, agencies, and staffing partners when required.
  
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position Befree Resourcing as an employer of choice.
  
• Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools to measure and improve recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, etc.).
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.
  

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a BPO, finance outsourcing, or resourcing environment.
  
• Strong sourcing skills with experience using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and others.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proven ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
  
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail and process orientation.
