Job Description

Manage end-to-end hiring, from initial need identification to onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, understand needs, and strategize hiring plans.
Proactively find candidates via job boards, social media, databases, and networking; build talent pools.
Review applications, conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person).
Ensure a positive, professional journey for all candidates.
Negotiate offers and facilitate paperwork.
Promote company culture and value proposition.
Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire).
