  • Manage end-to-end hiring, from initial need identification to onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, understand needs, and strategize hiring plans.
  • Proactively find candidates via job boards, social media, databases, and networking; build talent pools.
  • Review applications, conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person).
  • Ensure a positive, professional journey for all candidates.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate paperwork.
  • Promote company culture and value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire).
