Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist APAC Hiring Experience Required: 15 Years Location: Bangalore (Manyata Tech Park) | Hybrid/On-site Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our APAC hiring team. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for roles across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and other APAC regions. Key Responsibilities: Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers Build strong pipelines for both tech and non-tech roles across APAC Collaborate closely with hiring managers and regional stakeholders Ensure timely closures and adherence to TATs Maintain accurate data and reports in the ATS/CRM systems Drive employer branding and engagement initiatives Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with APAC or international hiring exposure Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Prior experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related field Good to Have: Experience in IT or BFSI hiring Exposure to compliance and documentation for cross-border hiring
