We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience in both IT consultancy and software company hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to technical and non-technical recruitment and be comfortable managing end-to-end hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultancies, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess technical & cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams.
Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment data and reports.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-–3 years of IT recruitment experience.
Experience in consultancy and product/service-based IT companies.
Strong knowledge of technical hiring (Developers, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, etc.).
Exposure to non-technical hiring (HR, Sales, Operations, Support roles).
Good understanding of IT technologies, skill sets, and hiring trends.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
