Job Description

_Consult with line management and provide guidance on HR strategies
_Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department_Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances_Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention_Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)_Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them_Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques_Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees_Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and HRMS)_Measure employee retention and turnover rates_Oversee daily operations of the HR department_Provide HR policy guidance_Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning_Identify training needs for teams and individuals_Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
