Job Description

_Consult with line management and provide guidance on HR strategies _Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department _Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances _Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention _Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations) _Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them _Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques _Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees _Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and HRMS) _Measure employee retention and turnover rates _Oversee daily operations of the HR department _Provide HR policy guidance _Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning _Identify training needs for teams and individuals _Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
