Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts and attract top talent to our organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Utilize recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform future recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement talent management initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Experience with recruitment tools, including success factors and social media platforms.
