The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders. Utilize recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform future recruitment strategies. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement talent management initiatives. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights. Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Experience with recruitment tools, including success factors and social media platforms.
