Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates for IT roles through job portals, social media, and networking Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records Support the recruitment team in various administrative tasks Build a positive candidate experience by timely communication and follow-ups Learn and understand different IT roles and technologies to identify right-fit candidates Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and technology sector Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team and learn quickly Basic understanding of IT roles and skills is a plus but not mandatory Proactive and detail-oriented Show more Show less
