Job Description

We are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists / HR Recruiters with a strong background in IT consultancy or technical recruiting.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Manage job postings and advertisements on various platforms.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
