Communicate with candidates regarding employer information and benefits during the screening process over the phone, after obtaining their consent for processing their resume for the job.

Conduct phone interviews with candidates based on required parameters before recommending candidate profiles to the account manager.

Share vacancy details with candidates before forwarding profiles to the account manager, and follow up on acknowledgment.

Ensure delivery of assignments with quality resumes within set TAT (Turnaround Time).

Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates upon receipt of feedback from the client on shared resumes.

Share interview details with candidates and interview schedules with the account manager upon confirmation, as per client availability. Maintain constant interview follow-ups and rapport building with candidates to ensure attendance as per schedule.

Perform reference and background checks as required.

Upon candidate selection, follow up on required documents for further process as per client requirements, negotiate offers if required by the client, and maintain constant relationship building with the candidate until joining, including regular feedback even after joining.

Prepare MIS reports as per company requirements.
