Description
The role of Talent Acquisition Manager at our organization involves delivering the talent acquisition processes necessary to implement global talent strategies on a local level. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and line managers to understand the business talent needs and challenges. Your responsibilities will include managing the Talent Sourcing in recruitment process, planning recruitment campaigns, identifying sourcing solutions, and working closely with talent partners. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for actively sourcing, building, and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. You will conduct assessments of potential candidates and demonstrate the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios. Additionally, you will identify, initiate, and manage multiple recruiting campaigns and programs on social media platforms. You will also be required to liaise with external recruitment firms for specific positions as needed, ensuring they have been provided with appropriate job briefs and are supplying candidates who meet the requirements. Furthermore, you will identify areas for improvement in current practices, processes, and policies, and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of new talent solutions. Ensuring personal and organizational compliance with local legislation, HR policies, GDPR, data privacy requirements, and adherence to occupational health and safety and compliance standards will be a key aspect of your role. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and possess 5-9 years of professional HR experience in a high-performing global organization, preferably in the manufacturing, automation, or EPC industry. You must have relevant work experience in the full recruiting lifecycle, including job briefing, active sourcing, developing recruitment plans, candidate outreach, offer management, and closure. Demonstrated success with various recruiting strategies, techniques, and platforms, including digital and social media, is essential. Strong end-to-end process thinking, experience in managing multiple projects, and the ability to lead, consult, and influence others while prioritizing customer service are critical for this role. Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills is required.
