Job Description

We have an opening with one of the MNC for Talent Acquisition Officer role.

Location:

Working days- 5 days

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
Individually Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social platforms
Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews
Manage offer rollouts, onboarding, documentation, and candidate engagement
Maintain hiring data and recruitment metrics

Requirements:

Prior experience in corporate or agency recruitment
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Familiarity with job portals and ATS
