Role & responsibilities -More than 10+ yrs of experience in Recruitment, leading hiring & onboarding in IT services - Successfully meeting hiring goals and onboarding professionals in key technology domains specifically at Bangalore - Strong hands on experience in Technology Recruitment - Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to offer negotiation & onboarding. - Creating seamless end-to-end recruitment processes, from manpower planning to onboarding, ensuring talent integration at all organisation levels. - Develop & implement innovative recruitment strategies to enhance the candidate experience and employer brand. - Expert in Senior stakeholder management. - Build & maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, priorities and expectations. - Adept at Leadership hiring - Handled hiring of at least 150-200 professionals in a Quarter - Expertise in hiring for multiple Technology stacks - Strong experience of Bangalore market .
