Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager located in Gurugram. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of candidates. The role involves developing and implementing employer branding strategies to attract top talent and strengthening the talent pipeline. Additionally, the role will include collaborating with internal teams to identify staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment of qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting
• Proficiency in Employer Branding strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role is preferred
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
