Talent Acquisition Manager

As the HR Manager for the Inside Sales Team at Unacademy in Noida, you will be responsible for leading the hiring strategy and HR partnership for a team of 700-800 members. Reporting to the HR Head in Bangalore, you will act as the primary HR contact for the Noida sales office. Your role will involve managing the full HR lifecycle, working closely with sales leaders, and ensuring a balance between speed and process integrity. Your core responsibilities will include expertise in sales hiring and volume hiring, with a focus on closing 100+ role closures monthly. You will be adept at utilizing various sourcing channels and optimizing funnel conversion. Additionally, you will be proficient in HR metrics and analytics, tracking attrition rates, TAT, ramp-up time, and hiring funnel health to develop actionable strategies. Stakeholder management will be a key aspect of your role, as you collaborate with sales leaders to address manpower gaps, manage performance discipline, and implement retention strategies. Your leadership skills will be crucial in leading and mentoring a high-performing HR team, driving motivation, performance, and skill development. Implementing retention and engagement strategies, especially focusing on early retention in high-churn sales teams, will be part of your responsibilities. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle for the sales team, including onboarding, performance discipline, engagement, and exits. The ideal candidate will have at least 6-9 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in high-volume sales hiring. Strong people leadership skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions are essential. Experience in reducing early attrition in sales teams and redesigning recruitment funnels for speed and quality will be advantageous.
