Role & responsibilities Closure of TA related activities for PW and Staff. Preparing offer letter and appointment letter Joining and onboarding activities for the new employees Closure of BGV for the employee’s hired in staff category Driving creation of goal sheets and closure of appraisal process in staff and PW category employees Manpower planning and budgeting for HR related domains Reporting and MIS for TA, PMS, Salary, stipends, and training SPOC for learning and development activities at site and ensure updates and follow up as per the training Calander SPOC for GET and DET program and monitoring and evaluation of their growth journey Must be having awareness about general HR process being handled at plant Having sound knowledge of compliance and labour law.
