Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Non-IT recruitment function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, driving bulk hiring initiatives, and managing a team of recruiters to deliver quality talent within defined timelines. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across functions. Drive bulk and volume hiring drives across locations. Manage and mentor a team of recruiters; set KPIs and ensure delivery. Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand manpower needs and align hiring plans. Build talent pipelines using job portals, social media, and employee referrals. Improve recruitment TAT, quality of hire, and cost efficiency. Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS for leadership reporting. Ensure seamless candidate experience and onboarding coordination. Key Requirements: Proven experience in handling large-scale hiring, preferably in a non-IT domain. Strong team management and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent sourcing, screening, and assessment techniques. Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and ATS platforms. Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
