Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Lead, located in Delhi. The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for driving the full-life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding top talent. This role will involve collaborating with department heads to determine staffing needs, managing employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates, and developing effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for maintaining recruitment metrics and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities: Min 10+ years of experience in Sales Bulk Recruitment

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with the company’s growth and workforce planning objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Allocate resources effectively across recruitment functions and requisitions.
  • Define and track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Present regular reports and insights to HR leadership and business units.
  • Experience in Campus recruitment
