Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Lead. The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for managing the full life cycle recruiting process, developing and promoting employer branding, conducting interviews, and overseeing recruitment efforts. The role requires collaboration with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

• Skills in Interviewing and Hiring
• Expertise in Employer Branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology or audio industry is a plus
