As a dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead at Aramya, a size-inclusive women's ethnic wear brand dedicated to offering comfortable and beautiful daily wear at affordable prices, you will play a crucial role in our rapid expansion journey. Backed by $9M in funding from Z47, Accel, and prominent angel investors, we are poised to grow further by leveraging our in-house designing, manufacturing capabilities, and deep customer insights. Your primary responsibility will be leading end-to-end recruitment for mid and senior leadership positions across diverse verticals such as business, tech, marketing, operations, and creative. You will be tasked with developing innovative sourcing strategies to identify exceptional candidates through various channels, including networks, referrals, executive search firms, and platforms. Building and maintaining a strong database of industry leaders and top-tier professionals will be essential to your success. Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and representing Aramya's culture and vision to potential hires will be key aspects of your role. In addition, you will drive recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and offer-to-join ratios. Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining and optimizing hiring processes, including assessments and interview loops. Staying abreast of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies to attract top talent will be critical to your success in this role. The ideal candidate for this position will have 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on mid and senior leadership hiring. Alternatively, individuals with 3+ years of post-MBA experience in hiring leadership roles, along with a degree from prestigious institutions like TISS/XLRI, are encouraged to apply. A proven track record of hiring leadership roles in fast-paced environments, particularly within D2C, retail, or tech-driven organizations, will be highly valued. Exceptional communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple hiring mandates with a proactive and strategic approach are essential for this role.
