We work with a wide network of skilled freelance trainers and subject experts to deliver customised learning solutions to students worldwide.Role OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Interns to join our team and support our trainer hiring process. You will be directly involved in identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-quality freelance teachers who will deliver personalised learning experiences on our platform.This role is a great opportunity to learn end-to-end recruitment, build strong communication and assessment skills, and work in a fast-growing education start-up environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSource freelance trainers across different domains (Academics, Languages, Professional Courses, Arts, and Competitive Exams) using job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.Screen trainer applications and conduct initial shortlisting based on LevelApp’s requirements.Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted trainers.Assist in onboarding selected trainers and ensuring proper documentation.Maintain and update the trainer database on a regular basis.Support the Trainer Acquisition Manager with weekly reporting and performance tracking.What We’re Looking ForStrong communication and interpersonal skillsInterest in recruitment, human resources, or education managementOrganised, proactive, and detail-oriented mindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentPrior experience in HR, recruitment, or student clubs/societies (preferred, not mandatory)What You’ll GainHands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for a fast-growing ed-tech companyOpportunity to interact with trainers and professionals from diverse fields across India and abroadSkill-building in sourcing, screening, negotiation, and onboardingA chance to convert to a full-time role based on performance,About Company: LevelApp is an ed-tech startup based in Hyderabad focused to change the unorganized supplementary education system.
