Role & responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of technical job requirements to effectively source and match candidates.
• Gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Utilize job portals, social networking platforms, and other channels to source potential candidates.
• Assist in the shortlisting process and coordinate candidate lineup activities.
• Engage in regular follow-up with candidates and provide timely updates to the recruitment team.
• Enhance communication skills through interactions with candidates, panels, and during the negotiation process.
• Learn and contribute to the permanent staffing process.
• Collaborate with colleges and training placement agencies for campus recruitment drives.
• Develop basic knowledge in IT skills relevant to the recruitment domain.
