Talent Acquisition Intern

As a part of our Talent Acquisition internship program in the Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the full-cycle recruiting process. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. - Contacting applicants through calls and emails for screening purposes. - Collaborating with the HR team and hiring managers to understand the selection criteria. - Working closely with the candidate sourcing team to reach out to potential candidates within 24-48 hours of receiving applications. - Utilizing creative strategies to source candidates through online channels like Social Media and professional networks. - Planning and executing interview and selection procedures, which may involve screening calls, assessments, and face-to-face interviews. - Evaluating candidate information, including resumes and contact details, through our Applicant Tracking System. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Currently pursuing or have graduated with any degree. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - A clear understanding of the distinctions between various roles in organizations. - Self-motivated, disciplined, and passionate about talent acquisition.
